Nlp Anchor Pattern Resource/elation?
Does anyone know of a good script / hypnosis MP3 to take me through the anchor pattern in order to anchor a resource state such as happiness/confidence etc?
Try as I might I cannot quite “get back into” resourceful states. It has also been a long time since Ive been in such a state as well. Aural info such as dance music can provide the elation sometimes, as well as creative/painting work, but its been a long long time since ive accessed these states.
